General Terms & Conditions

• Free Chips could take up to 5 minutes to be credited into your account.
• Free Chips and real-money bets cannot be used within the same game round.
• You can place a maximum of four (4) Free Chips per game round.
• Free Chips must be claimed and used within maximum forty-eight (48) hours from the time they are awarded. If not claimed or used within this period, they will expire and be forfeited.
• Winnings from Free Chips are capped at the following values: A maximum of twenty Euros (€20) for prizes awarded as 10 x €0.2 chip, and a maximum of one hundred Euros (€100) for prizes awarded as 50 x €0.2 chip.
• Winnings will be credited once either of the following occurs, whichever comes first: all Free Chips have been used; or the maximum configured winnings cap for the respective prize has been reached, in which case any remaining Free Chips will be forfeited.
• You can win a maximum of two (2) prizes during the Promotion.
• There is no additional cost required to participate.
• Winnings from Free Chips are credited as cash with no wagering requirements.
• This Promotion is not available to players residing in the Alberta, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Buenos Aires City, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Ontario, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom. Further restrictions may be applied to other jurisdictions at Pragmatic Play's sole discretion.
• Participation in this Promotion does not alter or affect the game’s Return to Player (RTP) or chance of winning.
• The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player’s local currency.
• In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected rounds or prize outcomes may be voided or restored in accordance with the operator’s standard procedures.
• Pragmatic Play is not responsible for delays, connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or operator platform outages affecting participation or prize awards.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behaviour, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.
